Graveyard Keeper 2 Wiki

Bury the dead. Automate the living. Rebuild The Town.

Graveyard Keeper 2 is the sequel to the unhinged medieval cemetery sim: the same Keeper returns eight years later as the Grand Inquisitor of a kingdom overrun by zombies. Manage the graveyard, automate production with an undead workforce, fight street battles to reclaim The Town district by district, and turn the apocalypse into a business. Out now on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Switch.

Four pillars, one business

The official store page names the loop in four lines; everything else in the game hangs off them.

Run the graveyardBury the dead, keep the grounds tidy, hold sermons: quality corpses in, faith and silver out.
Automate with zombiesYour undead workforce operates semi-automatic machines in underground factories, on conveyor belts, without sleep or pay.
Lead the undead armyStreet battles unlock on a weekly cycle: barricades, towers and zombie squads under your own banner.
Rebuild The TownLiberate a district, restore its houses and shops, and the returning townsfolk become customers for everything you produce.

Train the undead, spend red skulls

Zombie training runs on five mastery trees, and every perk purchase burns one of the corpse's red-skull slots, so corruption is literally your training budget.

The campaign, battle by battle

Each town battle checks your military strength before it opens: mercenaries contribute 8 to 24, every Barricade I adds 2, and the gates climb from 12 to 96 (per Neoseeker's tested walkthrough).

Rebuild The Town, one shop at a time

Restoring a district is a four-step loop you repeat across neighborhoods, and each time, you choose what the site becomes.

  1. Find the repair signEach restore site is marked; the game walks you past the first one.
  2. Pick the businessA candidate list, your choice: the devlog's "those choices matter" is literal.
  3. Hand over the kitsBuilding materials are deducted when you confirm the build.
  4. Open for ordersTown Gratitude comes back, the order board fills, and settlers arrive on the weekly merchant ship.

Eighteen merchants from Januarius to the Smithy restock daily, Urgent orders pay extra Happiness, and payments settle on commerce day. The Town economy in detail →
